Pricing

We sell online, but as well as our website we have a lovely, small showroom in the delightful coastal town of Lymington, at the southern edge of England, where customers travel from all over the world to make special purchases.

This lack of major high street overheads means that our prices are far, far lower than you might see for items of a similar quality. Our large amount of repeat custom and referrals is testament not only to the exciting, individual nature of our products, but also to the value we provide.

Exchanges/Refunds

We will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund provided that your order is returned to us within 14-days in its original condition, unworn, with the original packaging.

Your order is delivered to you with a Fine Jewellers security tag attached. The security tag must not be removed and fully intact when you return any item to entitle you to an exchange or refund.

Unfortunately, exchanges or refunds are not allowed if the goods have been specially made to order or personalised to your requirements in any way.

You will receive an email to confirm that your order has been exchanged or your refund processed. Please note that refund times are dictated by your card issuer and are outside of our control.

All products are checked meticulously and photographed before shipping. The workmanship is guaranteed to be of the highest standard possible. All of your statutory rights are protected.

Diamond Quality

NO COMPROMISE - Our diamonds are hand selected by us to perfectly suit our individual designs, not a pre-determined price point, and our standards are very high.

We never supply diamonds with a colour grading below G and a clarity level below Si1, we are also meticulous when selecting stones with reference to the quality of cut and symmetry of the diamond.

Certification

All of our diamonds larger than 0.25ct are accompanied by an individual certificate from an independent and internationally recognised grading laboratory.

Ethics and Materials

We only use diamonds which are certified as conflict free when we acquire them.

We endeavour to always use ethically-sourced fair trade materials.

Shipping

Fine Jewellers offers free shipping on all purchases made on our website and delivered to addresses within mainland UK. 

All goods are dispatched using insured signed for services.

Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs if returning goods to us. We strongly recommend the use of a tracked signed for service.

Other Gemstones

Fine Jewellers are experts in the design and creation of wonderful jewellery which features precious materials other than diamonds, such as pearls, opals, rubies and sapphires.

We apply the same meticulous standards as we do when selecting diamonds, allowing us to create exciting and unique pieces in a dazzling array of colours and textures.

Valuations / Insurance

Fine Jewellers cannot be held responsible for loss or damage caused to items after delivery. We advise you to make sure you have adequate insurance to cover any eventuality. Fine Jewellers can arrange insurance for individual items on request, please ask for details.

Your purchase will be accompanied by an invoice including an image of your item. We recommend that you contact us at intervals of no more than three years and we will be happy to provide you with an updated valuation for insurance purposes.

We are also happy to provide valuations for other items not purchased from us, including unusual and high value items, these are comprehensive reports produced in association with The Assay Office, please contact us for details and and charges regarding this service.
